A clear goal

Every morning when we wake up we should be clear what is our goal for that day. Is it health? Is it money? Is it to have fun? Is it to be lazy? Is it to spoil ourselves? And for all of them we have to understand the long term consequences.

When we do this every morning we suddenly start to make different decisions. All bad decisions and bad results are product of not having a clear goal every single day.
