A quick tip and free relaxation for those people who happen to be in the Japan nuclear disaster area
I’ve been following the situation since the beginning and I was holding back from commenting because it’s hard to say anything useful in such a crazy situation as this in Japan which got hit with three disasters in just a few days.
But things are getting worse and panic is spreading so I would like to share some experience which I learned while being in stressful situations, of course never in the kind of situation that millions of Japanese people are facing now, but still I hope it will help.
From the energy point of view, which is my expertise, nuclear radiation is one type of negative energy and to defend ourselves from it, in a situation where you have no choice and have to be around, is to build positive energy to create a stronger defense system.
One of the basic techniques is to move your body as much you can to keep your circulation going. This will help release negative energy through sweat. If you can’t go out then you can also just jump on the spot, or bounce from one foot to another. This will help you to calm down and center your energy in your lower belly.
I would also suggest you talk more. It will help to release negative energy too. If we keep thoughts (and fears) inside our head it can create additional blockages to our system, making our energy circulation even slower and our body more vulnerable. I know that it might sound strange in this situation but I would also suggest to practice singing from time to time. This will help you to strengthen your heart and bring an overall happy feeling.
The third, and probably most effective method, is to practice relaxation to build a positive energy field around your body. This energy field will function as a shield against radiation, and depending on how well you relax, you will be able to handle a certain amount of radiation without any effect on your body and health.
For this occasion Sarah McCrum has made a special recording for all those affected by this unfortunate event. It will lead you step by step through the relaxation process and will help you to calm down and bring positivity in your system.
