Mirror, mirror on the wall

Energy is an invisible force which effects all areas of our lives. Energy is life force.

All cultures have knowledge on the dynamics of this force, but unfortunately people have recently been more inclined to follow modern science based on seeing is believing.

As a consequence we meet seemingly random problems and blockages as energy continues to follow the natural law of cause and effect.

The ancient life knowledge or universal law consists of countless truths, all of which are simple and logical once we become aware.

There are for example many stories and beliefs about mirrors being more than meets the eye, not mere means of reflection being sources of damaging influences or even gateways to other worlds. In many bedrooms we will find mirrors and tv screens, which may reflect just as much.

At night our body releases used energy, ie. cleanses itself. Between 11 pm and 1 am the gall bladder cleans itself and between 1 am and 3 am the liver has its turn. These toxins or negative energies are normally dispelled and airing the bedroom in the morning will get rid of any remants of this natural process. However, when a mirror or screen shows our reflection whilst we are asleep, the negative energy returns to us and we fail to detox during our sleep. The following morning we will feel heavy and reluctant to get up instead of rested and keen to start the new day.

To gain maximum benefit from our sleeping hours, make sure there aren’t any surfaces reflecting the bed. It may be necessary to veil mirrors or remove them permanently. As a temporary measure or when spending the night at a hotel, use a sheet or bath towel to cover the TV or mirror and then see how you feel.

We can’t see Energy, but it’s effect on our lives is fundamental.
